What to Expect at Your Visit

When you and your pet arrive at our all-women veterinary clinic, you’ll be greeted with a warm smile and the comforting aroma of fresh coffee and tea—please help yourself to a complimentary cup in our cozy waiting room while you wait for your appointment to begin.

We do our best to see every client and patient on time, but we appreciate your understanding that, on occasion, unexpected emergencies may cause brief delays. Your time is valuable, and we’re always working to keep things running smoothly while ensuring every patient receives the care and attention they deserve.

To make your visit as efficient and stress-free as possible, a veterinary technician will first meet with you to take a thorough history and collect any relevant information. This allows your veterinarian to be fully prepared when they join you to examine your pet, answer your questions, and discuss any recommended diagnostics or treatment plans.

We strive to create a calm, welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. Kindness, respect, and compassion are values we hold dear—not just in how we care for animals, but in how we interact with one another.
